At this time we are shipping all our orders in the USA via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders will arrive within 2 to 3 days.
***If you are in the Houston TX area, you do not have to pay any shipping fees, we will gladly deliver your order for free. Contact us for more info.***
ORDERS TO CANADA AND MEXICO:
SHIPPING METHOD: Orders from Canada and Mexico will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail International within 24 hours of receiving your order except on Sundays.
DELIVERY TIME: USPS Priority Mail International estimated delivery is 6 to 10 business days. (Delivery time is estimated by USPS and not guaranteed by Nine Dragons Martial Arts)
INSURANCE: Insurance is included on all international orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail International at no additional charge.
TRACKING: USPS Tracking number will be provided on your order status page as soon as the order is shipped, at that time the shipment can be tracked at www.usps.com
CUSTOMS DUTY FEES: Customs duty fees may be applied by some countries’ customs departments, buyer is responsible for any customs duty fees applied. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

We accept authorized returns for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the purchase items. Items must be in their original condition and packing. Refunds will be for the price paid for the item, minus shipping and insurance fees.
